Batman Review Dark Knight Rises

Familiar faces, beloved places

Gather together in a rising storm

Old old tale of Able and Cain

Newest tale of Batman and Bane

Striking imagery, familiar horror

Reminiscent of darkest September morn

Yet art survives and flourishes

Always darkest before the dawn

What began with Dickens ends with Nolan

Gruff old man and grumpy oldman

Twist and turn technology provides

Yet this tale is as old as flows the tides

Bombs will explode or the Heroes will perish

Musically soundtrack raises pulse

When the end credits finally roll on

Refreshed audience re smiles anon
