The fool in the bar
is singling loudly as he can
The waiters used to being tipped
Every day by the fool
Shrug helplessly
So does the bartender

Given that the fool drinks
Five times as much a homo sapien does
Every day
The owners are helpless too
In Indian bars
we have well connected fools
with influential family members
Just a phone call away

In the corner of the table
Of may favorite beer bar
Sits a fool
Singing loudly enough but not that loud
Begging to be beaten up
For my fists to take the air from his throat
But these fists have been here before

So the fool keeps singing
and these fists keep on dreaming
for the next bar fight
Once more unto the breach
