Manjunath the movie (Review)

This was a surprisingly different movie from Bollywood’s masala factory, and again a heartening sign of how indi bio-pics can have the professional feel and edited look of a commercial movie yet retain the core message and entertain too. The first half was a bit slow, but the movie dramatically picks. The score by Parikrama is one of the best we have seen so far. The creative twists are brilliant to the well documented tale of the fighter against corruption in India. What a hundred movie writers could not do from IIMA, a single brave man from IIM L has accomplished for his nation .

Watch it !!

(Conflict of Interest Disclaimer- The writer was a batchmate of the murdered activist. Some parts of the bio pic have been fictionalized , but a general disclaimer has been in place for legalistic reasons. This story actually happened in a small town in India)
